Having been drawn to alternative medicine for about fifteen years, I have been experimenting with various natural harmonization methods such as Usui Reiki and Lithotherapy (crystals), to support me in my journey towards mindfulness and to better embrace the fullness of the present moment on the path of Love and Life.

I then discovered Chinese Foot Reflexology (Reflexology Institute), an ancient holistic health approach that led me down a completely new path, that of my GROUNDING and UNIFICATION. According to Chinese energetics, the foot is the area of the body that remains in constant contact with the essence of the Earth, and the energy from Mother Earth flows through the body, distributing itself among the vital organs to ensure the proper functioning of the organism.

Uniting Heaven and Earth, the descent of consciousness into matter and the ascent of matter towards consciousness, here and now. This approach has influenced the rest of my learning journey, and I have decided to combine Chinese Foot Reflexology with other energetic approaches such as Vibrational Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic treatments, Reiki, and Therapeutic Tuning Forks. I am currently continuing my deepening and grounding by undertaking professional Qi Gong instructor training.

It is with kindness that I offer you today my support through holistic care adapted to your needs, allowing you to experience Unification.
