What is baby massage?
Baby massage is a gentle and respectful practice that aims to promote the overall well-being of the infant while strengthening the bond with the parent. Through simple, slow, and safe movements, the parent learns to massage different parts of their baby's body, taking into account the baby's age, development, and cues.
Baby massage helps soothe tension, promote relaxation, improve sleep, and support certain physiological functions such as digestion and bowel movements. It also allows parents to better understand their baby's body language, communicate with them through touch, and create a space of presence, trust, and emotional security. It's a special moment of connection that supports both the baby's emotional and sensory development and the parent's confidence in their touch.

Why choose us?
Choosing us means opting for a holistic, professional, and deeply respectful approach to the baby and their family. As a practitioner of baby thalassotherapy baths, I bring a nuanced understanding of the infant's needs, development, and emotional experiences from the very first days of life. This expertise allows me to offer safe, gentle, and attentive support, where every gesture is made with intention and kindness. Whether through baby massage or thalassotherapy baths, our priority is to create a space of trust, support, and connection, promoting the baby's well-being while providing parents with appropriate and sensitive guidance.
