"During the Chinese Foot Reflexology treatment given by Eva, I completely surrendered myself, in complete trust because her presence is in the now, which means that her intuitive listening to the body is excellent for the well-being of the person receiving the treatment.

I am very satisfied with her approach and skill. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

Reflexology treatments

  • Therapeutic Chinese Foot Reflexology: Foot reflexology, based on Chinese energetics, is an ancient holistic health approach. Deep pressure applied to specific reflex zones on the feet aims to activate the body's self-healing process and restore the flow of Qi (energy) in the meridians, based on the balance of yin and yang and the law of the five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water). Combined with the benefits of aromatherapy and therapeutic tuning fork (vibrational acupuncture), this unique treatment will transport you to a state of deep relaxation while restoring your energy balance!

  • Workshop/Treatment in Chinese Foot Reflexology - Babies and Children (0 to 12 years): Foot reflexology for babies and children (from birth to 12 years) is a holistic, gentle, and natural manual method aimed at relieving everyday and growing pains (colic, digestive issues, ENT and respiratory problems, sleep disturbances, teething pain, etc.) and calming emotional tension. During this workshop, a reflexology protocol adapted to the child's age and needs will be performed and explained to the parent so they can continue at home. A few follow-up sessions are recommended.

  • Prenatal/Postnatal Therapeutic Chinese Foot Reflexology: Prenatal foot reflexology, based on Chinese energetics, offers natural and safe support from the fourth month of pregnancy through postpartum. By stimulating specific reflex zones and meridians (such as the Chong Mai), this method harmonizes vital energy (Qi) and supports the Yin dominance necessary for fetal development. It thus helps relieve common ailments such as nausea, back pain, and stress, while providing deep relaxation and optimal preparation of the body for childbirth.

  • Chinese Foot Reflexology & Therapeutic Qigong: Qigong is the art of cultivating vital energy. This practice unites three fundamental systems: body, breath, and mind, and contributes to cardiovascular improvement, stress reduction, and immune system strengthening. This unique treatment-workshop combines the benefits of targeted Qigong exercises (45 minutes) with those of Chinese Foot Reflexology (45 minutes), which allows for a harmonious and fluid flow of Qi from the earth to the sky!

  • Chinese Foot Reflexology & Indian Shiro Abhyanga Massage: The Indian Shiro-Abhyanga Massage is a therapeutic massage treatment using warm oil on the shoulders, arms, hands, neck, scalp, and face. It helps relieve mental fatigue, jaw tension, and the nervous system. Combined with the benefits of Chinese Foot Reflexology, this unique treatment will transport you to a state of gentle and deep relaxation, promoting the harmonious and fluid flow of Chi or Prana from the earth to the heavens!
