1. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of an appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

After this period, the consultation is considered lost and will be billed. This rule also applies to consultations included in a package.

2. Conditions related to consultation packages

The consultation packages benefit from a preferential rate, in return for your commitment to complete all the sessions within the specified timeframe (e.g., 6 months or 1 year depending on the package chosen).

3. Failure to meet the deadline

If you do not complete all consultations within the given timeframe, you have two options:

• Option 1: Price adjustment. You agree to pay the difference between the regular price and the reduced price for each consultation already completed.

• Option 2: Payment for unused consultations. You agree to pay for unused consultations as if they had been attended.

4. Final sale and no guarantee of results

All sales of consultations are final and non-refundable, even if the expected results were not obtained.

Naturopathic services are based on a holistic and personalized approach, and results may vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Gift certificate.

The purchase of a gift certificate is a final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or extensions will be granted for any reason. It is the responsibility of the person purchasing or using the gift certificate to verify the expiry date indicated at the time of purchase. Expired gift certificates cannot be honored. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these terms and conditions.
