Trained at EESNQ, where I completed one of the most comprehensive naturopathic programs in Quebec (over 3,000 hours of training in total), I chose to dedicate myself fully to supporting health through natural means. My practice is particularly geared towards women and families during life stages when balance can be disrupted: hormonal health (from puberty to menopause, including thyroid issues), fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, early childhood, as well as allergies, digestive disorders, and skin discomfort.

My approach is deeply holistic. I place great importance on the foundations of health—nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement—and I support them with tools such as herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, homeopathy, and hydrotherapy. Each session is a space for listening and compassion, where the individual is welcomed in their entirety and leaves with concrete strategies tailored to their specific situation.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am passionate about promoting naturopathy from a professional and rigorous perspective. This is what led me to take the helm of Ephedra, a multidisciplinary clinic where naturopaths and other healthcare professionals work side-by-side. My role is to create a collaborative and trusting environment where everyone can find a solution tailored to their needs.
