What is the Rebozo ritual?
The Rebozo is a long traditional shawl originating from Mexico . In some Mexican midwifery traditions, it is notably used around pregnancy , birth and postpartum through rocking , support and wrapping movements.
The ritual offered at Ephedra is inspired by these practices to create a moment of relaxation , gentleness and reconnection to oneself, while respecting the cultural origins of the Rebozo .
